REFUND & RETURN POLICY
CALL FOR ORDER
At Torque House Autoparts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund and return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return.
Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refund Situations
We may issue a partial refund in the following situations:
The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts that are not due to an error on our part.
The item is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
First, check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@torquehouseautoparts.com.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, please email us at info@torquehouseautoparts.com.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Additional Charges
Refunds will take up to 7 business days to process after approval.
A 25% restocking fee may apply in cases where no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
